Description:
NK-Golden 100 is a free-flowing yellow / brown coated natural pigment; it had overcome the unstable and easily oxidized problem of normal xanthophyll product in storage and processing, therefore greatly increased the stability and application effect. It can be used to replace synthetic yellow (Apo-Ester 10%) in feed or premix.
Advantages:
Xanthophyll is effectively isolated from the contamination of oxygen, moisture and light by the advanced coating technology which ensured the stability in storage and high temperature processing in feed;
Xanthophyll is dispersed into nano-size particle inside of the granule with the newest sputtering technology, after ingestion, nano-size xanthophyll is released in intestinal and can be absorbed easily, multiplying the pigmentation effect.
Excellent substitute of natural yellow or synthetic yellow in premix.
Pigmentation effect comparison between coated Xanthophyll and Apo-ester:
The trial is on Hy-line brown layer with wheat basal diet in three layer cage culture. 6 repeats in each group, 15 layers in each repeat. Start the comparison experiment after one week of pretest; record egg weight, laying rate everyday; test the egg yolk color score every week by randomly choosing three eggs in each group. 2.5ppm of Canthaxanthin 10% were used in both group.

Conclusion:
1. The usage of 3.6ppm of coated xanthophyll +2.5ppm of Canthaxanthin can replace the pigmentation effect of 3ppm Apo-exter+2.5ppm of Canthaxanthin with wheat basal diet on Hy-line brown layer.
2. The egg weight and laying rate of 3.6ppm of coated xanthophyll +2.5ppm of Canthaxanthin group is better than 3ppm Apo-exter+2.5ppm of Canthaxanthin group.

Remarks:
1. the dosage recommendation is based on NK-Golden 100.
2. The pigmentation effect is better if use together with Canthaxanthin.

Storage & Shelf Life:
Stored in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and high temperature. The unopened bags have a shelf life of approximately 24 months if stored under the conditions specified.
