Margold oleoresin is obtained from marigold flower by fermentation,extraction,concentration processing. The active ingredients in marigold oleoresin is carotenoids, mainly existed as Xanthophyll.
As a plant origin pigment, it is widely used to intensify the egg yolk,broiler skin and aquatic animal color.
